Use the kiosk (flat screen TV outside the Cycle Studio) to choose your “on demand” class ride according to level and class length to tailor-fit your needs or join a scheduled virtual class and have fun with your workout! July 2nd-July 24th
Finishers Party Sunday, July 24th starting at 10:00am after Shari’s Cycle Class!
The Tour de SAC is back! Are you prepared to finish strong? Join us July 2nd – July 24th for the return of the Tour de SAC which will take place in conjunction with the 102nd Tour de France.
Awards and Prizes:
- 1st place finishers will receive a free massage, a free personal training session and a free Pilates session. 2nd and 3rd place finishers get a choice between the free massage, free personal training session or free Pilates session.
How to Complete:
- Every participant will track their progress by using a punch card in the Cycle studio with your name on it. Make sure to have your Cycle instructor initial your card each time you attend class. This is how we will account for how many stages riders complete.
The Party:
- At the end of the Tour de SAC, we will celebrate a strong tour and toast all of the hard work with a Finisher’s party! This will take place on Sunday, July 24th after the Sunday morning Cycle class with Shari!

Shoulder and Chest Opening: Moving into Arching Postures Using props (including the Back Mitra, bolsters, and tennis balls) and various techniques, we will learn to go past the tightness in shoulders, neck, and chest. We will also explore and safely practice heart opening/arching asanas such as Upward Facing Dog, Cobra, Dancer’s Pose, Bridge, Camel, Bow, Pigeon. This is an All-Levels class and you will be offered modifications for all the poses.
