Aqua Dynamics Swim Team

The Aqua Dynamics Swim Team is a year-round, USA Swimming Team for swimmers between the ages of 8 and 18. In order to join the team, swimmers MUST be able to swim Freestyle and Backstroke across the pool without hesitating, stopping or struggling. Family Open Swim

Each Sunday there will be a lifeguard on duty from 10:45 AM - 12:30 PM for parents and their children to utilize and have fun in the pool.

Swim Conditioning

Swim Conditioning is a structured one hour coached swim workout focusing on improving swimming technique and endurance. Classes are modified for swimmers of all abilities. Lap swimmers are encouraged to participate. *intermediate/advanced

Swimming Prep

This is a class designed with the beginner adult swimmer in mind. There is a bit more emphasis on stroke technique, basic swimming drills, and endurance training to make you a more efficient swimmer. Beginner/intermediate

Water Aerobics

This class is great for the individual looking for a challenging non-impact workout. This class helps build/maintain endurance, tones and strengthens the muscles of the body and is an excellent form of conditioning. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

Youth Swim Training

YOUTH conditioning class for ages 6-14. Must be able to swim 80 yds. This will be a conditioning and skill building class. Swimmers will work on technique, endurance and of course add in a flare of fun! This class is part of the aquatic group exercise classes so it is open to members. Classes will begin on Saturday January 10th and will continue based on participation numbers. No need to sign up, just contact us if you have questions. Specialized Swim Clinics

April: 10th, 17th, 24th
May: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd

Clinics will now be taking place EVERY Monday, with each clinic being 45 minutes. There will be a variety of offerings for a beginners to more advanced swimmers.
The Clinics are fee-based and requite sign up by Friday prior to the date of the clinic. These are specialized clinics with technique/skill focus and each one will vary from basic/beginner to more advanced specialties. April 10th: Learn the basics of swimming Beginner class. Looking at breathing, floating, body position technique. Main aim is to get you comfortable in the water and break the barriers stopping you from getting into the pool

April 17th: Progression from basics Learning to advance from beginner status, side breathing, arm movement, more on body position while swimming

April 24th: Introduction to the Strokes (butterfly, backstroke & breaststroke) 

Basic intro to all other strokes, timing, breathing, leg and arm movement. Learn about the I.M and how you can bring the strokes into your workout 
 
May1st : Learn the Basics!
 
May 8th: Progression from Basics!
 
May 15th: Freestyle Technique Improvement & Building Workout!
From warm up exercises (Land and pool), arm technique, body position and kick drills, learning differences between speeds, pacing, distances and time management. 
 
May 22nd: Flip Turns!
From the basic positioning to flip turn movement advancing to wall turns by the end of the session
