GET BALANCED: Strength Training and Yoga

Tuesday & Thursday | 6:30pm-7:30pm

  • Build a fitness foundation that challenges your body, helping to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance.  
  • Incorporate high intensity exercises challenging the whole body, followed by a series of yoga postures that will flow and connect movement with breath.
  • This class is great for all levels of fitness!
    • Capacity is limited for personalized training: 10 spaces available

 

Drop-in $30 or $200 per month.
